Ticketing information and promoter login
The Maidment Theatre is the sole ticketing agent for all events in the Maidment Theatre and Musgrove Studio. All ticket purchases are subject to our terms and conditions of sale.
Before your tickets can go on sale you will need to complete our ticketing form.
Your promotional material should direct all ticket sales to our website: www.maidment.auckland.ac.nz and/or our booking line ph +64 9 308 2383.
If promoting your show to school groups
All enquiries and school bookings need to be made through the Ticketing Co-ordinator.
All income from your ticket sales is held by the Maidment until the conclusion of your season when we provide a final set of sales reports along with a breakdown of all Maidment charges*. These charges are then deducted from your ticketing income and you will be credited the remaining balance (inclusive of GST) or invoiced accordingly.
* A booking fee applies to all tickets sold or printed on your behalf including complimentary tickets. Credit card commission fees are also on-charged. Transaction fees are met by the ticket purchaser.
We can email ticketing sales reports daily, weekly or whenever you would prefer. You can also login (password required) and check your live ticket sales.
