Purchasing tickets
The Maidment Theatre box office sells tickets for performances and events in the Maidment Theatre, Musgrove Studio and other selected events on campus. Your contact information is collected when you book tickets so we can ensure your tickets are delivered to you and so we can contact you if your booking is affected by changes or cancellations.
We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others without obtaining your consent, unless required to do so by law.
Maidment Theatre mailing lists
With your consent we may use your contact details in order to send you information and offers from the Maidment Theatre. You will be asked at the time of booking if you would like to receive this information. You may also have requested to receive our e-newsletter ‘on stage’.

External producers and promoters
The Maidment Theatre is the ticketing agent for performances and events that may be presented by producers and promoters external to the University. Some of these producers and promoters may request your contact details in order to provide you with promotional material about their events. You will be asked at the time of booking if you would like to receive this information.

Data security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our secure server software is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travel over the internet. We do not keep a record of your credit card number on our website or on our premises.
Changing your privacy settings
You can change your contact information or these privacy options at any time by contacting us with this request. Please note: it may also be necessary to contact any other organisations (ie external producers and promoters) which have obtained your information to indicate your choice at this stage.
